PLEASE NOTE I am on vacation and will not be making any further points corrections until after October 17th. I will review an process your emails at that time - thank you! The absolute final deadline for points corrections is October 30, 11:59 PM. No changes will be made after that date.
I am aware that some rider names are missing. This usually happens when there is more than one rider and the data lines need to be combined for accuracy in point count and show count. A limitation of Excel spreadsheets! However the final division champs/reserves/etc. will be reported accurately when points are finalized. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
Please check points for accuracy after each show and report any discrepancies promptly. Be sure to check correctness of assigned divisions for ponys (size), as well as divisions with different heights (eg. performance, junior/amateur hunters, etc.) and report any errors. Errors are common in these divisions that are frequently combined. Thank you from your points person!
Note that only the top 4 shows are used for Final Points PLUS the BCHJA Fall Finale Show which may impact year-end division standings. Also, those who have cross-entered in 2’3”, 2’6”, 2’9” Hunter/Equitation classes, and have achieved a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year-end division placing, will only receive an award in the highest division.
